- Using Pivot Table, Pivot Chart, and MS Query

Trainer:
Mr. Jason Khoo specialises in spreadsheets and databases, and has helped
companies extract valuable information from databases of existing systems.
As such, these companies have become more cost e.cient, having saved
thousands of dollars by using existing PC applications like the MS Office
as their solution. Examples of such
solutions include customer segmentation programmes, sales lead
generation programmes (mini CRM), and also having personalised email
broadcast to targeted customers etc.
Jason has worked in local listed companies and foreign MNCs supporting
the marketers in analysing their
marketing plans and providing quality information for the decision-making.
He was also a .nancial controller in a Fortune 500 company for a business
unit which generates a total revenue of more than S$100 million per annum.
